Some Areas of Our Expertise:

• Assistance in identifying and prioritizing areas for improvement
• Creation of custom-made strategic plans including related financial projections and forecasts
• Development of budgets and cash flow forecasts
• Development of financial statement models/packets to incorporate financial planning and analysis
• Audit readiness
• M&A support including financing, QofE reviews, and opening balance sheet assistance
• Establishing accounting policies and procedures manuals
• Periodic monitoring of controls and policies
• Implementation or improvement of timely financial reporting
• Ongoing monitoring and review of monthly financial reporting

As a Senior Manager of Business Advisory Services, you report directly to the Practice Leader and indirectly to other Partners.  You are responsible for managing client engagements and projects to ensure the delivery of exceptional-quality work.  In addition, due to the nature of services provided, a critical element of this job description is risk mitigation at the client level (i.e. responsibility to cross train on recurring engagements).  As a Senior Manager of Business Advisory Services you must work with leadership to ensure achievement of the firm’s strategic intent which includes market growth. 

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Post Baccalaureate, or Master’s degree in accounting from an accredited University.
• CPA certificate preferred
• 10+ years of accounting leadership experience (less than 10 years of experience may be acceptable with CPA certificate and the ability to demonstrate required skills). 
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Dedication to teamwork and integrity within a professional environment.
