WHITEWATER DEVELOPMENT

We are next to the downtown Whitewater Development

Adjacent to our new building is the Whitewater Development. This project, developed by Roundhouse, will include 400 new apartment units in several buildings, with roughly 70,000 feet of retail space. Buildings will reach as high as six stories and have ample parking. The vision is to create pedestrian-oriented experience with ground-level retail and dining and apartments above.  

According to Roundhouse VP Patrick Boel in BoiseDev “This will be the first phase of a multi-phase, multi-year development in Boise’s Westend neighborhood. Whitewater is an effort to deliver highly sustainable and innovative mixed-use multifamily housing to the west side of downtown.” 

This development is likely to drive traffic to this part of downtown, creating an exciting opportunity for businesses in the area.
